Emergency Load Reduction Program
The Emergency Load Reduction Program (ELRP) is a California utility program that provides rebates to participants that take part in reducing their energy usage when the grid is strained and during emergency events.
Businesses within SCE, PG&E and SDG&E, Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Service customers, and Direct Access (DA) customers who are able to reduce load in time of emergency, are able to participate.
