Summary:
Enersponse is seeking a high-energy, passionate, and customer-focused professional sales representative to assist us in growing our business in this specific territory. The candidate will be involved in both warm-lead follow-up, cold calls, and prospecting.
Compensation:
Full-time salary, plus commission
Responsibilities
Schedule and complete weekly prospecting activities to include cold calling and tele-prospecting, emailing, LinkedIn and Social media connections with key decision makers
Create, manage, and exceed personal sales goals regularly by participating in team role playing and skill development sessions
Educate customers on how our programs can benefit them financially and assist with grid stability
Achieve annual sales targets and average weekly meeting quotas on a consistent basis
Collaborate with marketing department to identify new business opportunities through research and networking
Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
Maintain and update reports of sales activities, calls, meetings, contracts, sales, lost business in company CRM
Leverage world class tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Scratchpad, and more to generate in-bound leads
What You’ll Need
You’re resilient and objection handling is one of your strengths
You’re inquisitive, you know how to ask the right question to get to the root of a problem
You are confident, target and task driven as well as having a track record of good communication and customer service
You can capture your targets attention quickly to inspire interest additional meetings to ID opportunity at their site
Required Education & Experience
3-5 years of sales/business development
Cold calling: 2 years
Outbound prospecting experience
Positive attitude with a passion for a career in sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains focus on daily objectives and effectively set priorities.
Achievement-oriented and passionate about their work
Preferred Education and Experience
BA, BS or some college level coursework preferred.
Experience in energy sales or business development
